Use of our services
Our public website lets you learn about our carrier services and submit quote requests and driver applications. Our internal platform is provided to authorized Riceli Logistics personnel to manage loads, drivers, invoicing, and related operations.
QuickBooks Online connection
If you connect a QuickBooks Online account, you authorize our platform to access that account through Intuit's API to create and sync invoices and related records on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for your use of QuickBooks, and you may disconnect at any time. Your use of QuickBooks Online is also governed by Intuit's own terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with their operation, or use them in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
The website, platform, and their content are owned by Riceli Logistics LLC and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission.

The services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
