Riceli Logistics LLC (“Riceli Logistics,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at ricelilogistics.com and an internal carrier-operations platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Quote & driver inquiries. When you submit a quote request or driver application on our site, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address, company, lane/route details, and message.
  • Operations data. Within our internal platform we process information related to the freight we haul — loads, drivers, shipment documents, and photos uploaded by our drivers.
  • Usage data. Basic technical information (such as IP address and request logs) used to operate and secure the site.

QuickBooks Online integration

Our internal platform can connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's authorized API, at the direction of the QuickBooks account owner. When connected:

  • We access and use QuickBooks data — such as customers, items, and invoices — solely to create and sync invoices on behalf of the connected account.
  • We securely store the OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the connection, and use them only to make authorized requests to QuickBooks.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share QuickBooks data with third parties, and we access only the data needed for the features described above.
  • You may disconnect QuickBooks at any time from the platform's QuickBooks settings, which revokes our access.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, provide and operate our carrier services and internal platform, communicate about loads and invoices, and maintain the security of our systems.

Service providers

We use trusted third-party services to operate, including Vercel (hosting), Turso (database), Resend (transactional email), and Intuit/QuickBooks (accounting integration). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

Data security & retention

We use reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit. We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and business obligations.
